-
What percentage or amount of psychological services are covered?
-
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
-
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
-
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of service. E-transfer and all major credit cards are accepted.
Receipts will be provided and can be used for income tax purposes as medical expenses (if not covered by insurance). Please keep them for your records. Failure to keep your account up to date may result in the cancellation of future appointments.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance (2 business days), you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
